ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Once the payment of the order has been received, Amedeo Ferrante s.r.l. packages the shipment, contacting the courier in charge. Orders paid by 12:00 noon on working days shall be packed and delivered to the courier by 6:00 p.m. of the same day. For orders placed by credit card, shipment will take place after one working day for normal administrative checks, for orders placed by bank transfer upon confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends (or in the case of holidays/bridges) are processed by 6pm on the first working day.
During sales periods, the time required for packing and shipping the goods may be longer than indicated.
Shipment tracking
Upon delivery of the goods to the courier, the registered Customer will receive an automatic e-mail notification, containing the information necessary for tracking the shipment (tracking number). Non-registered Customers may track the shipment on the courier's web platform by entering the code received or by contacting the courier directly.
Delivery times
Amedeo Ferrante s.r.l. relies on fast and safe couriers able to guarantee Express deliveries: for shipments within the Italian territory BRT s.p.a. Transport takes up to 5 working days for deliveries within Italy. Amedeo Ferrante s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse or not to execute Orders that provide for the delivery of products outside the Italian territory. Any additional cost, charge, tax and/or duty that a given country may apply for any reason to the Products ordered under these GCS shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.
The Customer has the right to indicate the place of delivery at his residence address or at another address, provided that the alternative destination is expressly indicated during the purchase process.
Responsibility for transport
The products ordered are transported at the recipient's risk. Amedeo Ferrante s.r.l. shall not be liable for any delays due to Customer negligence (Customer's unavailability, address, or wrong telephone number), or negligence of the Carrier, or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Seller. Such cases do not give the Customer the right to withdraw from the contract with the Seller, nor any claim for damages. In the event of a delay in delivery due to causes attributable to the Customer, any additional costs shall be borne exclusively by the latter.
It remains the Customer's obligation to inspect the package with due care at the time of delivery to verify both the integrity of the packaging and the correspondence of the goods contained in the order. In the event that the goods received are damaged and the package is tampered with, it is always advisable to "receive with reservation". In this case, it is the Customer's responsibility to immediately and formally notify the carrier of the damage found using the appropriate delivery report, and to report the incident to Ferrante s.r.l. by sending an e-mail to e-store@ferrante.it.
